We jump on a scheduled phone call together. This is where I get to know you, find out your wish list, and the things you like / don't like. This important first step helps both of us determine which extraordinary locations speak to you, what level of service and planning best serves your needs, and what your budget might be to accomplish your dreams.

2. I'LL BEGIN THE RESEARCH.....
This is where the magic happens! I'll start developing options to fit your wish list, checking availability and prices, and generally tailoring the details of your travels. I lay out the "bones" of your trip, keeping your needs and budget in mind. I then present you with various options that match your criteria, and we will continue to tweak your trip until you fall in love with it!

3. NO MORE STRESS - YOU'RE DOIN' THE HAPPY DANCE!.....
You've chosen your itinerary and placed your deposits. Your exciting journey is now secure! You get to enjoy all the anticipation as you count down the days until you jet off. We will continue to add on layers, planning excursions and special events, like a private dinner for two on a beach or a private museum tour.

YOUR TRIP IS BOOKED.....
You envision it - We provide it. I will take care of all the travel booking as well as the destination events, from flights to cruises/hotels/resorts to specialized tours, transfers, and dinner reservations. You will receive all of this information in two ways:
1) I will present you with the printed hard copy of your itinerary with all your documents and
2) You will also have a special phone app for each member of your party, which lays out in REAL TIME your entire itinerary at your fingertips day-by-day, and also includes the digital version of the hard copy documents. Being in real time is a super benefit: It allows you to keep track of air flights - whether they are on-time, there's been a delay, or whatever - without the necessity of accessing another site.

Initial Consultation

In order to determine what your dreams and desires are, any special needs, as well as the complexity level of your trip, I offer a Free 30 minute Consultation. We can discuss the purpose of your trip, the number of people traveling, any questions you might have, and what you can expect from me.
Travel & Planning Fee
starting at $250 per trip per couple/family
Your Planning Fee which covers the research, itinerary building, handling of all details, excursions, events, tickets, all bookings, documents, etc. - anything that would be part of your seamless trip. It includes having me as a back-up while you are traveling. I'll handle any changes, keep you updated, handle any issues that creep up or any last minute adjustments or additions. As an experienced Travel Advisor, I will plan your trip with as much or as little details as you want.
This is your trip, and we start planning it your way right from the start!

Groups
starting at $50/per person per group (groups can be as low as 8 people)
Group travel for any milestone event such as weddings, birthdays, bachelorette parties, vow renewals, etc. are wonderful, fun times, but can be quite stressful to the planner. Also, with our knowledge of the areas, partnerships and connections with suppliers, resorts & cruise lines, we can give you ideas, find you properties you didn’t know existed, make sure your cabin is in a good location and often get you group amenities you couldn’t get on your own. With our experience with “keeping everybody on track”, the event will go smoother, you will have many more options, you won’t be responsible for keeping track of your guests payments, and overall, it will be more enjoyable for everyone! Let the experts do what they do, while you and your guests have a blast with no stress or worries.
Event Accommodations/Corporate
Rates determined after Initial Consultation
If you are having a wedding or large party with out of town guests, a fundraiser, corporate event, etc. I can leverage my relationships with suppliers and hotels to negotiate your room block for your guests, keep track of your dates for final payment, how many and who are/are not attending, and when to relinquish unused rooms. I can also handle the meals, banquet room facilities, changing rooms, shuttles, and anything else you may need to make your event a success. Again, there is no need for stress, pulling your hair out, or overlooking a detail. Let us handle your accommodations and you enjoy your event!
